1. Scope and contact

Tevuki is a free, non-commercial educational project. This policy applies to the public website and its optional email waitlist.

Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. General questions can be sent to [email protected].

2. Data we process

• Website requests: ordinary technical data such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security signals processed by the hosting and network providers.
• Optional waitlist: the email address you submit and the IP address used for basic rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Messages: information you choose to send when contacting Tevuki by email.

The public Tevuki website does not offer paid accounts, product orders, checkout or public photo-upload functionality.

3. Why we process data

• To deliver and secure the website and prevent abuse.
• To send project updates after you voluntarily join the waitlist.
• To respond to messages and privacy requests.
• To understand aggregate website usage and improve free materials.

These purposes rely on consent where you opt in to email updates and on legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website where applicable.

4. Service providers

• Cloudflare: website hosting, network security and serverless functions.
• Supabase: storage of waitlist records.
• Ahrefs Web Analytics: aggregate website measurement.

Providers process data under their applicable terms and may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where required, international transfers must use a valid transfer mechanism and suitable safeguards. Tevuki does not sell personal data or share waitlist email addresses for third-party marketing.

5. Cookies and analytics

Tevuki does not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising. The website uses aggregate, cookie-free analytics. Hosting and security providers may still process ordinary request data needed to operate and protect the service.

6. Retention

Waitlist information is kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion or the waitlist is discontinued. Technical logs and security data are kept only for the periods used by the relevant provider or reasonably needed to operate and protect the website. Messages are retained only as long as needed to answer them and handle related requests.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent for future processing. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
