Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. Summary

• Before master generation starts: full refund.
• Photos cannot pass the quality check: replace them or request a full refund before generation.
• Master is not acceptable: one additional master attempt is included; if neither is accepted, request a full refund before starting the full set.
• After master approval: no discretionary refund for a change of mind, a different person or a different set after generation has started, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
• Technical failure or non-conforming delivery: Tevuki will repair or retry; if it cannot deliver the purchased set within a reasonable additional period, a full or proportionate refund will be provided as required by law.

2. How to request help or a refund

Email [email protected] with the order email, order identifier and a short description. Do not attach source photos unless support specifically asks for them through an approved secure method.

Approved refunds are returned through the Merchant of Record to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing time is outside Tevuki's control. This policy does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights.

3. EU/EEA withdrawal right

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, that right may be lost after performance begins only where the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation have been provided.

Before generation begins during the withdrawal period, checkout or Studio must ask you separately to request immediate performance and acknowledge the consequence for the withdrawal right. Tevuki will not treat the withdrawal right as waived merely because payment was made or these general terms were accepted. Mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content remain available.

4. Model withdrawal statement

You may withdraw with any clear statement. The following optional wording can be sent to [email protected] and the operator address in the Legal Notice:

5. Abuse and unlawful uploads

A refund may be refused to the extent permitted by law where fulfilment is prevented by fraud, a chargeback already resolved through the payment provider, or a culpable breach of the photo-authority or acceptable-use requirements. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
